As the manager of Kippes Insurance, Jason specializes in crop insurance and farm policies, dedicating his expertise to protect local farmers and their livelihoods. His deep understanding of the complexities and challenges facing today’s farmers comes from his own experience as a fourth-generation farmer on his family’s farm. Tim Harris joined Kippes Insurance Agency in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective to the insurance industry after a successful 21-year career in outdoor sporting goods retail. Prior to his transition into insurance, Tim managed and monitored large-scale inventory operations in the fishing department at Scheels and held similar roles at Cabela's. His expertise in inventory analysis, ordering, and product processing has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in systematic review.
As a Processing Specialist & Internal Auditor, Tim utilizes his extensive experience in detail management to provide thorough and precise support to the sales agents at Kippes Insurance Agency. His commitment to accuracy and efficiency ensures that the agency’s internal processes run smoothly, supporting the team’s mission to deliver exceptional service to clients. After stepping away from her insurance career to gain more flexibility for her children, Tonya is excited to return to the business in a new capacity.
