Story
Kippes Insurance Agency, Inc. was first created by Norman Kippes and Ramona Kippes in 1988 at their dining room table. After many years of hard work, Norman and Ramona turned their small insurance agency into one of the largest independent crop insurance agencies in the entire state of Kansas.
In 1998, the current Kippes Insurance office building was built on the family farm one mile north of Victoria, KS.
In 1999, Jason Kippes joined both Norman and Ramona in the business upon graduating from Kansas State University.
In 2004, Norman Kippes passed away from a nine-year battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. At that time, Jason Kippes assumed the role of President of Kippes Insurance Agency, Inc.
Ramona Kippes held an active role in the agency until her death from metastatic breast cancer in 2018.
Today, Jason Kippes and his staff have expanded Kippes Insurance Agency, Inc. into a full line agency, currently serving business in 33 counties across the state of Kansas.
